Bill loves to race cars, motocross, even speedboats (he won a world championship for offshore speedboat racing). But when it comes to taking the time to help his customers make the right decision, Bill is in no hurry. David's been helping our Spanish speaking customers at Matthews Auto for over 15 years. He's also fluent in Chevy. And speaking of savings, he knows more about the fuel economy of a Chevy Cruze than just about anyone. With a family and kids, David knows the importance of spending less on gas and loves selling cars he knows are safe, stylish, fuel efficient and "Family Friendly".
Frank may be a little camera shy, but he's not shy about how passionate he is about Chevrolet. Frank believes that Chevy has the best line of cars going- hands down.

Jim has been selling cars at Matthews for over 15 years, and that has given him a lot of experience in making his customers happy.
"I'm basically here to think outside of the box when it comes to finding customers their perfect car at the perfect price. I don't haggle. I don't play games. I just work with you."
Jim will sit down with his customers on the computer to help them with their research. As Jim says "Whatever it takes."
Despite his last name, John is a very patient person. He understands that buying a new car or truck is a big investment and so he spends his time with his customers answering questions and providing them with options.
"The more educated a customer is about a particular vehicle, the better decision they can make," John explains, "And that means happy customers, I'm all about that."
Ken is a 14 handicap golfer, but the games step when he's off the course.
"So many of our customers are amazed at the fact that , at Matthews, we post our best price on every car and truck. That means no haggling, no tricks, and no games. My one rule of selling is to be straight with people. If I was buying a car, that's how I would like to be treated."

Lee and his wife have three kids and an adopted dog named Sawyer. Between the kids' ball games and running around with the dog- Lee is a busy guy. And that makes him a better car salesman.
"I meet folks who are even busier than me, so I make an effort to help customers as quickly as possible."
From answering questions about specific car features to getting you a quick estimate for your trade-in, Lee knows how valuable your time is and he's ready to help.
Marissa worked in grocery retail before coming to Matthews. She likes the frequency of customer interaction and pace working as the Quick Service Advisor. She has a proficiency of the oil change process and routine services.
