Your service department at Matthews Planet has restored my faith in having my SUV serviced honestly , courteously and professionally . I went through a very bad repair recently locally where they were not honest and did not have the expertise to repair my vehicle properly and I ended up taking my vehicle to your service department on two separate incidents and they corrected the issue correctly and efficiently in a timely manner . The one incident if I hadn't had your service department work on it I would have shortly lost complete steering control while driving which could have ended in a possible disaster as you can imagine . I will let noone but your service department work on my vehicle in the future . Keep your service as is and you will have a customer for life. Thank you .

"Jeff Wickman did not pressure us"


Jeff was a wonderful sales person to our family. He did not pressure us, he let us take our time with our decision even though it was closing time. He answered my 9 and 10 year olds questions as if they were as important as the questions I was asking myself. He was patient with the numererous phone calls I made to him, and he got things done quickly for us. Mine is a very positive experience with your body shop collision team. The gentleman that I dealt with the most was Stan Wassell, but everyone I came in contact with was kind and courteous. Every aspect of the process was practically effortless for me and obviously geared towards pleasing the customer. I came to Planet Pre-Owned after hearing many good things about the service and the assistance provided. When I came in, I met with Jeff Wickman and he was very helpful and kind with assisting me in finding the right car for me. Because I wasn't too sure with what I could afford and what I initally wanted the Business Manager Peter Richman helped me out with the financial part of my car purchasing experience. After I met with both of them, they together came up with something that would fit my requests (budget etc). To my surprise, the payments came out to be less than I thought, which is great! Awesome job! Thank you Jeff and Pete for helping me through my first car buying experience! I would definitely recommend Matthews Planet Pre-Owned to everyone!

Hi, I have bought three cars from you dealership. In 2007 I bought a 2007 Saturn Vue and a 2002 Saturn SC2. I could not have found better service from Mike Savage and Brian the service managers. That made me go to the Kia store and buy a 2012 Sorento. The 2002 SC2 is my son's car. I needed to buy a muffler strap for it today 2/17/12 I went to your Chevy parts store which I have been there in the past. A gentleman named Jay Barrett waited on me today .I just want to say he is a top notch employee and helped me to the tee. You should be proud to have him working for you. I wanted to thank Matthews for a doing a wonderful service job today. I had an appointment for my 2008 Subaru Legacy for some routine maintenance. The service rep that worked with me, (his name is Gil Millard), was excellent and explained the services that Mathews provides. I had explained that there was a noise with my car and he said they would look to see if they could pinpoint it. The mechanic that did the work on my car also did an excellent job by doing the requested maintenance, diagnosing the noise and fixing it. (As it turned out, and to my surprise, the noise coming from the front end of the car was covered under warranty). Together they were both very professional and did an amazing job. I would also like to add that I had bought my car new back in 2008 from Mathews before I had moved out of state. The sales team at the time did a great job in helping me find the right car for me. I wanted to congratulate your team at Matthews Subaru for doing an excellent job. I plan on being a long term customer because of the polite, courteous, professional, and helpful employees you have working there. Thanks again.

I bought my new truck a few months ago, had a great experience then, today, earlier this week I made an appointment for service. First time using their Service Department. I was early arriving, they found my information, in a timely manner, took my vehicle and quoted me a time of 45 minutes to an hour for the service to be completed. Denny Clark whom I was dealing with, came and told me my vehicle was completed and ready to go. Total time 38 minutes from exiting my vehicle until pulling out of the parking lot. Thanks Denny !!!!!!, also a very nice waiting area with reading material, comfortable seating, and large screen TV. I rate them a 5 Star, they deserve it. Denny runs a great operation.
