- Name of Sales Consultant (If known).
- Vehicle Year, Make and Model being purchased (if known).

We will pay YOU to Refer a 1st Time Buyer (or an individual that has not purchased from a Matthews Auto location within the last 7 years). You will be rewarded with a $100 Check.Â
Just fill out the form to your left and hit Submit (you will not receive a confirmation after). Once your form has been submitted, a lead will generate for your referral into our inbox. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a check by mail by the 15th of the following month after the referral is made.
