Matthews Auto Annual Walk-A-Thon

The 4th Annual Matthews Auto Walk-A-Thon on October 1,2022 was a huge success! Thank you to all who showed their support whether in person or virtually- we couldn't have done this without YOU!

We had over 1250 Walkers participate with a staggering 6,448 miles logged. We collected $10,998 in donations, which Matthews Auto matched for a total of $21,977, which equals $86,461 in TOTAL DONATIONS! Congratulations to the Charities below!

About the Annual Matthews Auto Walk-A-Thon

Matthews Auto began the Annual Walk-A-Thon in 2019 to incorporate our Team in a healthy challenge, while benefiting local charities. In our first year we had over 600 walkers and 4,500 miles pledged. In our first three years we have cut checks for local charities totaling over $125,000! Local charities that have benefited have included A Room To Heal, Gigi's Playhouse, Mom's House, Toys for Tots, Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital, Lourdes Hospice Camp Hope for Kids and Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester. We truly care about our Community and look forward to this event every year!
